About the property
Santiago4 is a stunning 2-bedroom home located in the heart of the Barrio La Villa, Priego de Córdoba. This is one of very few houses in Priego to have a private terrace overlooking the Mirador del Adarve and Recreo del Castilla gardens. Amazing views!
There are 2 double bedrooms with 2 luxury bathrooms, located on two separate floors. Ideal for a family with kids or two couples looking for a comfortable getaway. Both bedrooms have an extra-large bed (2m x 1.80m), which can be set as a double bed or two single beds. Quality fitted kitchen and space for dining inside and outside on the terrace. Utility room with washing machine and large sink.
The house is cosy in winter, with underfloor heating throughout and a wood burner on the ground floor. A great option for warmer months too, with an outdoor terrace and a good breeze from the Adarve cliff. Recently restored, keeping the traditional Andalucian architecture while adding modern-day luxuries throughout. Spacious, open-plan living with “rustic chic” decoration - white walls and ceramic tile floors, locally-made wooden windows, upcycled antique doors, colourful artisan paintings, hydraulico tiles and ceramics.
