Be sure to try
Sirloin in sherry sauce, Iberian pork cheek or Russian salad. At weekends we serve oven-roasted pork knuckle, oven-roasted pork ribs or migas (fried breadcrumbs) with crispy pork belly, chorizo and melon/pomegranate. Our most special dessert is the turrolate mousse and the homemade piononos (small syrup-soaked sponge rolls).
