Country cottage Balcón De La Villa
Overview
Country house – Balcón de la Villa – is a bioclimatic and sustainable accommodation with 3 apartments and 3 independent rooms, set in one of the most privileged spots of the historic centre of Priego de Córdoba. It has spacious, comfortable communal areas, including a cosy multi-purpose lounge and a traditional-style equipped kitchen, as well as outdoor areas such as an Andalusian patio on the ground floor and a large terrace with extraordinary views, equipped with a barbecue and solarium. This accommodation is the result of an elaborate project of responsible renovation, starting from the existing structure and using the handmade hydraulic tile as its main identifying element, with the firm intention of recovering, reusing and reinterpreting the traditional Andalusian home.
