Elia Oil Company is located in one of the most emblematic buildings of the region, a classic Andalusian cortijo (traditional Andalusian farmhouse) from the 19th century, at the foot of the Tiñosa, the highest point in the province of Córdoba, in the heart of the Sierras Subbéticas Natural Park and Geopark. The olive oil mill was started up in 1994, with the main aim of seeking the highest quality, promoting olive oil culture and respecting the landscape of the wonderful setting in which we are located. The best way to learn about and enjoy olive oil is to lose yourself in the olive groves and experience it up close, to appreciate where it comes from, to smell its fragrance and to appreciate its nuances; for that reason, our facilities are equipped to receive visitors, so that you can enjoy the surroundings and our products.
