VTAR Casa Eufemia

It is a charming old totally remodeled house in the Natural Park. “Casa Eufemia” is a country cottage in the “Sierras Subbéticas” and it offers the calm of the rural area, but it has access to different zones. Moreover, you can do hiking in this area. Its thick walls offer a cold temperature in summer and a warm temperature in winter, in addition, it has a big exterior room with barbecue and fireplace, where you can relax or organise lunch meetings. This house has three floors because it is two houses attached in order to offer more conveniences. It has a dining-living room with an old fireplace, a TV, a table, board games, etc. It has also two bathrooms with shower and bathtub, a bidet, a sink, etc. It has also five double rooms, which have the possibility to add extra double or single beds. There is also a meeting room, ideal for meetings with friends. In this house, you will have all conveniences: washing maschine, microwave, beater, refrigerator, toaster and all utensils to cook paella, barbecue etc. The surroundings of “Casa Eufemia” are magnificent because it has amazing views of the mountains “Los Pollos”, “Tiñosa” and “Horconera”. Moreover, there is an old area where our guests spend time in summer.
