Plaza del Santo Cristo
Description
Overview
In this square there was once an old chapel where the image of María Santísima de los Dolores was venerated before it was moved to the Hermitage of Calvario in the 18th century, after the hermitage was built.
Of particular importance are the mosaic dedicated to María Santísima de la Paz and the Cross of Santo Cristo, made of ornamented metal and a replica of the one found in the popular Santa Cruz neighbourhood of Seville.
