Enjoy the simplicity of this house, located 150 metres from calle Rio and 300 metres from the Fuente del Rey, in a quiet, safe and central area where all the monuments are within walking distance. Free parking is available on an esplanade right next door, and there is a bakery on the same street and shops nearby, with views of the city and the Subbética of Córdoba. Arrival from 15 h and departure at 12 h. Languages spoken: Spanish, French and English.

Property type: House. Type of accommodation: Entire house/apartment. Rooms and spaces: Bedrooms 3, Beds 4 (3 double and 1 single). Bathrooms: 1 full bathroom and 1 toilet with shower. All areas are for the exclusive use of guests. Arrival method: Key lockbox. On the day of your arrival we will give you a code to access the keys. Check-out instructions: Collect the used towels: you must leave all the used towels together next to the washing machine. Take out the rubbish: you must take out the rubbish when you leave. Return the keys: you must leave the keys where we indicate when you leave. Additional rules: Parties, noise and music are not allowed after 22 h, and smoking is not allowed in the indoor rooms. Smoking is allowed in the open areas of the house, such as the patio or terrace. A deposit of €120 may be requested, which will be refunded after check-out if everything is in good condition.
