- Ground floor: Spacious living room with television and access to an outdoor porch, and a fully equipped kitchen, also with a door to the outside, which has a dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, blender, toaster, coffee maker, and a complete set of glassware, cutlery and table linen. Fireplace between the kitchen and the living room.
- Outside: Private swimming pool with safety fence, garden furniture, pergola, barbecue, sink, toilet with shower, utility room with washing machine and electric water heater, clothes drying rack and iron. 1000m plot for recreation, sports and parking. 1000m vegetable garden with fruit trees and vegetables.
- Upper floor: it has a single bedroom with a 135cm bed and a heating/cooling unit, a double bedroom with a 135cm bed, a triple bedroom with two 90cm beds and one 135cm bed and a heating/cooling unit, an auxiliary room and a full bathroom. Sheets and towels included. It has a door to the outside.
